About the Role

Globex Technology is hiring a confident, professional, and highly communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, handling enquiries, and supporting sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with UK-based customers through telephone, live chat, and email.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Support the sales process and contribute to successful conversions.
• Maintain a professional telephone manner and customer experience.
• Manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Follow company processes and maintain accurate customer information.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills, particularly for UK English.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer and internet skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or international client support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
