Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about where we work, what we build and how projects start.
Where is Globex Technology based?
We operate from San Francisco, London and Lahore. US and UK clients get a senior point of contact in a usable timezone; delivery is coordinated so work can move quickly without the usual offshore black box.
What do you actually build?
Custom software, AI and automation, websites, mobile apps, SaaS, Shopify and ecommerce, WordPress and CMS, UI/UX, graphic design, digital marketing and the cloud/QA work that keeps those products releasable.
Do you work with companies in the US and UK?
Yes. Those are the markets we sell into every week. Communication is in professional English, and the site, product and campaigns are built to that standard — not a template with a US flag on it.
How do we start a project?
Send a short brief on the contact or quote form. We come back with a next step: a discovery call, a scoped sprint, or an honest no if we are the wrong fit. You do not need a polished RFP.
Can we change website content without a developer?
Yes. Headlines, SEO, jobs, articles, FAQs and case studies are designed to be published from the Globex CRM. Empty fields keep the built-in defaults, so you are not forced to fill every box.
Do you do WordPress and Shopify as well as custom builds?
Yes. We pick the stack that matches the operating reality: WordPress or a headless CMS when editors need it, Shopify when commerce is the product, custom software when off-the-shelf starts dictating how you work.
How long does a website usually take?
A focused marketing site is often a product sprint of a few weeks once content and decisions are available. A CMS, CRM connection, ecommerce or a custom application is scoped after discovery. We would rather give a dated plan than a slogan.
Will you invent case studies or client logos?
No. Named work is published with permission. Until then we show the platforms we actually run — including this website and CRM — and talk through relevant examples on a call.
Are you hiring?
Open roles are listed on the careers page and managed from the Globex CRM. When there is no published vacancy, the careers page shows that no roles are open.

Didn't see your question?
Send the brief anyway. A short note is enough for a useful reply.
